As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and a lack of knowledge in this field. Cody walked me through everything and had a certain level of patience that went a long way. When dealing with inspections or even showings, Cody walked me through everything and explained how the whole process typically goes. Cody seems to really care about his clients by personalizing things. If he wouldn't pay for something he will let you know it's not worth it. Overall, I learned a lot and was able to do pretty well considering today's market. Cody has a lot of local knowledge it seems for both Nevada and Placer counties. I'd highly recommend Cody to family and friends searching for a home in these areas.
